One-on-one hoop sessions offer you an accelerated
learning curve! We will spend time on body
awareness, technique, and the sensation of flow.
Sessions are geared toward your specific goals in
the hoop. If you are interested in booking specific

Individual sessions are offered outdoors (weather
permitting) or in-studio at StudioNia for an
additional $25/hour of instruction (scroll down to
add-on). Small group sessions are welcome; simply
add $15 per hour for each additional
